Testing is a critical step in the product development process. It ensures we not only meet industry standards, but also enhance our customer satisfaction, and reduce the risk of product failures. We have facilities to test at elevated temperatures, and to carry out fatigue, vibration and resonance testing. At our Kingswinford site, we are currently leakage testing a group of air handling units that are a part of large project. In total, we are manufacturing and supplying over 40 AHUs for a new healthcare facility, each one being thoroughly tested before being transported to site.

Noise can be a big problem, when it's not wanted. Luckily, we have a range of solutions. Noise control can be a complex issue, but it doesn't always need to be. We’ve designed and developed a wide range of innovative products which are manufactured at our own facility in Colchester. If you need something more specific, we can also design and manufacture to order too.

Where the magic happens🪄 Every single one of our product starts as nothing more than material in our factory. Here we have one of our technicians, Simon, using the brake press to part bend elements of our splitters that are used in our acoustic products.

We are pleased to share that we are Silver members of the Supply Chain Sustainability School (UK). Launched in 2012, the School represents a common approach to addressing sustainability within our supply chains. Our membership status means that, as a business, we actively use the School's resources by attending their training activities or events. The training often covers the three core pillars of Sustainability- Environmental, Social, and Economical- which is valuable for all of our teams across our sites.

Accuracy in every step ✅ The design of our four roller system reduces 'flat spots' on circular rolled casings. This means more accuracy on casing diameters, coupled with a casing ejection system to handle even the largest and heaviest casings with ease.
