Today at #COP29, the Prime Minister @Keir Starmer, confirmed the UK's target to reduce #carbonemissions by at least 81% on 1990 levels by 2035, putting the UK three months ahead of its deadline. Starmer also emphasised a focus on finance, stressing that the UK Government will honour the Conservative pledge by providing £11.6bn of #climatefinance between April 2021 and March 2026.
