To prepare, we reinforced the ancient floor with mesh and a full scatter, creating a solid substrate for Cemfloor Level Plus, applied at depths from 12mm to 60mm. The result? Last pour at Largs! Remember the care home project? That's our part done. In total, we poured 4500 m2 of Cemfloor by McGraths and energystore TLA®️ using our TransMix truck, Titan. It’s another excellent example of using TLA®️ for passiv construction. TLA®️ is a joint-free, A2 fire-rated (non-combustible) insulation alternative. And that means: -Energy efficiency -Excellent thermal performance -Environmental impact goals all met The contractor can now complete this new 80-bed care home. The residents will enjoy a state-of-the-art facility with activity rooms, dining areas, a café, a gym, and a cinema. Great job, Titan (and team!).

A weekend shift for Titan. With a little bit of luxury. As a contractor, you need things to run timely and accurately. And with the best quality! The success of your project depends on it. For this bespoke house in Kinross, everything needed to go to plan in the short window available. But that's what TransMix trucks are built for. We were in and out in 3 hours, pouring 150 m2 of Cemfloor by McGraths. No delays, no issues. Just pouring perfection! 🤩

Titan on Tour. From sites to sold-out venues, Titan is a star! This project was a first for Cemfloor by McGraths and ATS. The new mix design for Titan and other TransMix is similar to Cemfloor Level Plus. But this thinner levelling screed can be poured to as little as 12mm when bonded.   Putzmeister TransMix trucks have computer precision, so we uniquely lay this product unbonded. In some circumstances, it's thinner than a plant-delivered material. The risk with thin section screeds can be very early-stage cracking. There are no such issues here. Precision engineering means a super flat floor. In the words of Cemfloor’s Technical Support Alan O'Brien and Chris Williams - "This Floor is Perfection." Stadium tours for Titan next?

Here she is! Introducing: Titina. 👋🏼 Titina is our 2nd Putzmeister Group TransMix Truck. We now have the only TWO in Scotland. Titina is a bit different to her older brother, Titan. Best End in the West End. Check out how nimble Titan is! It’s one of the significant benefits of using TransMix: We can land anytime to optimise the site and the local traffic. Our UFH install was the Giacomini UK - Valves & Systems For Better Balanced Buildings DB manifold system. It gives efficient and uniform heat distribution throughout your space. Added to that was a drop of Mobicem Cemfloor by McGraths. This screed means UFH can be cycled in 7 days. That’s 3x faster than a basic sand and cement heat cycle. So you can get floor finishes installed quickly! The project could have taken three days with traditional sand and cement. For the EnergyScreed from ATS team, it's light work. No more than 2.5 hours of pouring. Another job well done!

Part 3: the vehicles. ATS only take up a tiny part of your site. That’s one of the great benefits of Titan. The TLA bead comes from energystore  -It can be net-negative for embodied carbon It’s connected through a huge umbilical cord. Those summer nights. 9pm, Glasgow - Titan is just getting started! See, that's (another one of) the incredible things about using TransMix trucks on your projects - time isn't a limitation. The Nike Store got over 44 tonnes of auto-batched Mobicem Cemfloor liquid screed while Buchanan Street was quiet. Our ATS support vehicles also mean additional sand is on hand if needed without our truck having to drive back and forth to the plant. It's the sustainable way to screed your projects. Stealth mission! We had Titan in Glasgow for a tricky logistical challenge. The Nike Store on Buchanan Street is getting new flooring as part of an extensive refurbishment managed by Graham Construction. To minimise disruption, we installed 600m2 of Cemfloor C25 over two nights. Cemfloor C25 is a liquid screed that offers several benefits: 1.
