ei's CSM expert, Doug Donnelly, was recently invited by Network Rail's Gary Davidson and Sohail Anwary to deliver a lunch&learn on behalf of the "Systems Integration for Delivery (SI4D)" forum, on the Application of the Combined (SSP, SD, SJR) Hazard Record Template for Not-Significant projects. Doug's had great success streamlining this process for clients and their projects, with particular benefit for framework programmes. See the presentation in full by clicking the link below and get in touch if you would like to chat about the support and training that Doug is able to deliver: https://lnkd.in/ece7gg2j

>1000 Days! That’s how long we have been supporting the construction of the RSRP DLR Beckton Depot enhancement. We have just completed the stage ‘C4PS’ which is a significant milestone in the migration of the DLR Beckton Depot. The works entailed: Bringing into use 9 new siding Roads BB – BJ with a cross discipline team including: PWAY & ETE by Sonic Rail Services Ltd. Signalling by RT Infrastructure Solutions Ltd Data by iconsys - Automated Technology Solutions MEP and fibre by Emeg® Group Civils. By POP construction & Galldris Group We also completed: Decommissioning of 7 existing sidings Removal of redundant cables by RT Infrastructure Solutions Diversion of the driver’s walkway route. Establishing new construction worksite for the future Maintenance Facility Building (MFB) Train Validation of the signalling and new sidings The teams led by Morgan Sindall Infrastructure completed the work across a 4 day blockade 1st – 4th August 2024, which required detailed planning and integration with key stakeholders including DOCKLANDS LIGHT RAILWAY LIMITED DLR and KeolisAmey Docklands (KAD). We have been involved supporting the PC since 2020. Firstly Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd who sadly went into administration August 2023. Followed by Morgan Sindall Infrastructure who had to pick up part way through construction which was incredibly challenging. These works allow MSI to commence the original contract works and build the Maintenance Facility Buildings and 3 new sidings. These works support the introduction of the B23 DLR rollingstock. Special shout out to those from all companies who left their mark on this scheme. We did it..
