Lots of organisations use agencies, so find ones that specialise in your field and register with them. Sell your skills not necessarily your years of experience, Yes, 99% of the time a resume is still required when you're applying for a job. But you can advertise yourself through social media sites like Linkedin which promotes your skills and experience. Other platforms like Twitter and Instagram can also be useful when proving yourself to potential employers as well. It's important to focus on skills. It is natural to still look at the years required on a job description, but more important is whether you have the right skills. Look at similarities in your application to what is required. As if your skills match up, many will still consider hiring you even if you lack years in experience.
