Who is in your supply chain and when did you last break it down? This was a question I asked myself.....why is it important? Everything I do is around supporting female owned business and I try to source from women in business as much as possible, but I needed to put myself under scrutiny. This year we have looked at our supply chain for the Enterprise Vision Awards and created the graph below to demonstrate the spend split across companies by gender. It demonstrates that over 50% is spent with female only or mixed gender companies including family owned or female directors.
