Nice to see one of our projects getting recognition on the cover of the latest CIBSE journal. EEP provided MEP services design support from conception, planning, to what you see today. The Office Group tasked the design team with delivering a sustainable building with all the functionality a serviced office building requires. It has achieved an excellent BREEAM rating and proven to be extremely popular with its occupants. We are proud of all the hard work EEP and the wider team put into producing a truly sustainable building. The design went through various iterations to maximise energy savings and thermal comfort, alongside Eckersley O'Callaghan and Waugh Thistleton Architects, using dynamic thermal modelling to guide the final design. As a company we provided full electrical, mechanical, and public health engineering services design, from the PV array on the roof to the ASHP heating and cooling system. It was a pleasure being part of the team.
