Exciting News at Equals!  This month we are thrilled to welcome two new apprentices to the team: Daniel Nwaokocha and Keane Carter. Both are about to begin their studies at the University College of Estate Management, working towards a Level 6 Surveying apprenticeship. Daniel will be training to become a Project Manager, while Keane will specialise as an MEP Quantity Surveyor. Alongside their studies, they’ll be gaining hands-on experience across a range of exciting projects here at Equals. In their first week, Daniel and Keane have already visited several of our project sites and attended key meetings, giving them an early insight into the construction industry and preparing them for their journey ahead. We see it as a vital to help projects perform better and contribute towards net zero 2050. We held our monthly ‘Pot Luck Lunch’ this week - to celebrate the opening of the 2024 Olympics we chose French cuisine as the theme. Dishes were ‘manifique’, with classics such as quiche lorraine, ratatouille, tarte tatin and tarte au citron on offer. As ever, it was great to have colleagues taking the time out from their day to enjoy lunch together and there was much discussion on what next month’s theme should be!
