EQ Case Study: Palace Capital Recent Share Register Transfer Palace Capital are a property investment company that has a diversified portfolio of UK regional commercial real estate outside of London. EQ's Martin Cooper, Relationship Manager provided a proposal to satisfy the main concerns from Phil Higgins, Company Secretary at Palace Capital plc.
