Here are a few ways workplaces can be more Ramadan-friendly: ⭐ Flexible Working Hours – Allow early start/finish times or remote work options. ⭐ Meeting Awareness – Avoid scheduling key discussions late in the day. ⭐ Quiet Spaces for Prayer & Rest – Provide a comfortable environment for reflection. ⭐ Understanding & Empathy – Acknowledge the physical and mental challenges of fasting and show support. 🤍 Creating people-first policies isn’t just about ticking boxes - it’s about fostering an environment where everyone can bring their full selves to work.
