This Monday, we’re highlighting Tim Pugh, who joined Espanaro in September 2023 as a Product & Project Manager. With a diverse background in both military and commercial engineering projects, Tim is a flexible and determined professional who blends various project management approaches to meet the unique needs of each project. Tim brings extensive experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban/SCRUM) and PRINCE2, with a strong focus on requirements engineering and stakeholder engagement. At Espanaro, he has already developed product strategies, managed large project bids, and provided Scrum Master support across various internal and customer-facing projects. His work involves everything from feature prioritisation and backlog management to project reporting and financial forecasting. In his previous positions, Tim managed both product and project portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. He has a proven track record of guiding projects from inception to completion, with a keen eye for risk management and stakeholder satisfaction. Tim's military background in the Household Cavalry Regiment equipped him with excellent leadership, communication, and management skills. His ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
