Could Microsoft 365 be the key to NHS efficiency? It's two years since NHS England signed a five-year deal to provide Microsoft 365 and Teams to 1.5 million doctors, nursers, clinicians and support staff across the country. There is evidence to suggest Microsoft 365 and Teams have already delivered efficiencies - but we believe they can do more. We've spoken to digital leaders across the country and there are three things they'd all like to do with Microsoft 365: 1️⃣ Get the foundations right for optimising Microsoft 365 so that everyone has the right tools and a shared level of competency and confidence to use systems. 2️⃣ Properly leverage the basics so efficiencies can be achieved on day-to-day tasks. 3️⃣ Identify duplicate functionality across other systems and use Microsoft 365 capabilities to reduce spend on additional licences and streamline processes.
