✴️ The buzz was real at yesterday's #careers and #networking event organised by Women in STEM QUB and EMEEN - Ethnic Minority Employment, Entrepreneurship & Business Support Network (lovely to meet Steve Lazars in person)! 👌 Around 20 employers and dozens of students attended this lively evening drinks reception, showing that the #STEM field is more and more ready to embrace candidates from all #minoritybackgrounds. 👋 I was there representing Careers, Employability and Skills at Queen's University Belfast and talking to students about our upcoming #AutumnCareersFair2024, sharing the latest issue of our #CareerNavigator magazine, and highlighting all the career support they can access while at Queen's University Belfast ❤️ A special thanks to my colleague Carmel Colton who dropped by to say 'hi' and ended up helping me with the massive amount of queries we received, and to my 'stall neighbours' at FinTrU for the friendly banter and photography services!
