ETT is recruiting for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9.30am to 12:30pm (can be flexible to suit the right person) Location: Ballymena The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities: 📌 Ensure that all telephone calls and enquiries received are dealt with in a timely, efficient, and professional manner 📌Acting as a key contact with internal and/or external contacts 📌Organising filing systems and updating databases 📌Process, maintain & record applications and bookings 📌Deal with queries from customers regarding the effective and accurate processing of applications/ bookings 📌Any other relevant duties as requested by line manager Essential criteria: 🔗 Applicants must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs to include English Language and Maths (grade C or above) or equivalent qualifications to demonstrate literacy and numeracy. 🔗 At least 2 years administrative experience in a busy office environment to include: ✅ Email management and database management ✅ Liaising with a range of contacts and stakeholders ✅ Dealing with email correspondence and drafting responses ✅Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook The skills you’ll need include: ✔Excellent communication skills and work ethic ✔Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workloads and prioritise ✔Ability to complete work accurately and on time ✔Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a common sense approach       Are we right for you? 🎉 Celebration of Skills Event 🎉 It was an absolute pleasure to be invited by the National Electrotechnical Training (NET) to represent ETT NI at the Celebration Of Skills event. An event that brings together industry, training providers, employers, stakeholders and apprentices to recognise and celebrate the exceptional talent of the contestants who have made it through to the final stages of the SkillELECTRIC UK competition. 💪 Well done to Kate Wilson, Jennie Phung, Carolyn Mason and the rest of the National Electrotechnical Training (NET) team for organising an excellent event that demonstrates a collective commitment to the future of the industry. It was also great to see how the industry can come together in difficult times. A huge shout out to ARENA TRAINING CENTRE LIMITED, Beau Associates Limited, Birmingham Electrical Training, Craig Wiltshire and SparkyNinja for having your hard work, commitment and dedication recognised in supporting learners during the collapse of Options Skills. This really shows how as an industry we can work together!
