IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OPERATORS: Our customers are advised to take into consideration operational limitations imposed at Budapest Airport (LHBP/BUD) this November 6-8, 2024 due to the Meeting of the European Political Community taking place in Hungary’s capital. As an unprecedented number of delegations are expected, the airport’s Terminal 1 and the GAT parking lot will be off limits for all flights not related to the event. All private traffic – including parking, aircraft handling, and the escorting of passengers and crew – will be conducted via Terminal 2. Please be aware of heightened security, road closures, and probable delays or disruptions in handling, fuel, transportation and catering services for the duration of the event as priority will be given to delegations attending the summit.
