Last year, a large-scale conference at Kap Europa, in Frankfurt partnered with us to ensure that leftover items continued to serve a purpose long after the event wrapped up. 🙌 ✅ 53.66% of donations stayed in Frankfurt
 ✅ £18,413.78 in social impact generated 
4+ organisations received useful resources 👇 ➡️ A local cultural centre received acoustic curtains & carpets and transformed a drum room and recording studio for music students.
 ➡️ A community offering support to individuals recovering from addiction received conference tables.
 ➡️ A daycare centre received tables and carpets, creating a more engaging space for the children.
 ➡️ A youth cafe utilised carpets, making the space cosy and welcoming space for teenagers. 🌍 We made sure to minimise environmental impact

Designing sustainability into every stage of an event is the key to making a real impact 🙌. For the European Political Community (EPC) Summit at Blenheim Palace, sustainability wasn’t an afterthought, it was built into the event from day one. As asset dissolution partners, we worked alongside @Identity to help achieve the sustainability goals they set at the start. We planned reuse and redistribution to ensure every material had a purposeful home after the event. From carpets to furniture, nothing went to waste. Where did it all go? ✅ 2,900m² of carpet → Flooring for families in need & sustainability education projects. ✅ 191 timber-framed boards → Men’s mental health charities & repair workshops. ✅ 314 pieces of furniture → Schools, community hubs & charities like YMCA. The impact? 💨 6,409.65 kgCO2e saved from landfill. 💰 £45,448.98 worth of donations, helping charities reinvest in their missions. 🏡 14 organisations supported across London & the South East.
