What does investing in future talent look like for the space industry? I sat down with Bethan McAulay Head of Talent at Astroscale, to discuss their motivations and successes in pursuing a graduate program, and tips for those with an interest in a #space career! As a student starting out in aerospace engineering, until I found the space industry I really was quite stumped for exciting career prospects. But, getting involved granted a unique perspective and inspiration that I didn't find elsewhere. Meeting people like Bethan inspired me to look at talent and skills as a critical function to any business and market. Even more so, markets that are rapidly innovating and emerging. I'm so grateful to continue to learn and share content surrounding this very problem!
