Next in our series of staff profiles - say a big “hello” to Caitlin Hames! Caitlin joined us in 2023, after transitioning over to the talent space from a successful career in sales. We’ve just delivered another fully formed sales team build - and this one’s really special.   Why?   It’s our first one comprised entirely of candidates who made it through our Graduate Accelerator Programme, with each and every member placed having been taken part in our intense programme of coaching, prep and mentoring!   When our client, Clinisupplies, came to us with a pressing need to increase their UK-wide sales team, and with their belief in bringing passionate people with new perspectives into the organisation and developing their careers, we knew we had the right people ready to go.   After talking to Joseph Connolly about the benefits of hiring our grads (pre-trained, well-informed, vetted to the max), we agreed that a graduate team build just made sense for the business.   It made it possible for them to scale quickly, with a group of hungry and talented young people, who Clinisupplies can be confident will hit the ground running without needing to be schooled in basic sales principles.   A massive win for Lauren Ward, Andy Anderson and the Grads & BD teams.
