⭐Meet the team!🏢 Meet Matty Lee, Evolve's Network Operations Centre Manager. Matty joined Evolve in 2023 as Shift Supervisor, quickly progressing into his current role as NOC Manager. 🏢 Career history: “I started my career working in retail, most notably, Game. I got a sense of how impactful people management can be when I led my first team at Game. I took a risk and obtained my first networking position with minimal experience after three years in retail. I became a team leader at Maintel's Technical Desk. During my seven years there, I oversaw a team in the Network Operations Centre. In 2023, I started working at Evolve as a shift supervisor at the network operations centre, and I soon progressed to the position of NOC manager.” 🚶♂️Beyond the office: "Outside of work, I love going to concerts and festivals and I also enjoy Warhammer, Comic-Con and watching Everton. When I have free time, I like to go to the gym and take my dog on trips." 📈Working objectives: "My objective is to develop the team by enhancing the NOC's capabilities while supporting individual career growth. By fostering strong relationships with our customers, we aim to create a collaborative environment that drives both team and customer success." ❤️ Why they enjoy their role: "I love the environment and the people I work with.
