    Thursday night at PPN Oxford 1yr anniversary , we were privileged to hear from the remarkable Dillon Dhanecha. Dillon’s journey is nothing short of inspiring—starting as a financial expert working with central banks and governments, he transitioned into a multi-millionaire property investor with a deep commitment to social good. His work in social housing is transformative, focusing on creating homes that provide not just shelter but dignity and stability for vulnerable communities.     Solving Property Challenges for Landlords and Investors | Expert in Guaranteed Rent & Investment Strategies

    How was your Saturday? Mine started with breakfast with a business partner, discussing various options for a property. We went over different strategies and made some exciting plans! After our productive meeting, it was time for two viewings via an estate agent. In between the viewings, I managed to deliver a couple of hundred leaflets to spread the word about our services. Later in the afternoon, I had tea with a vendor to discuss how we can assist them in selling their property. It's always rewarding to explore solutions that work best for everyone involved. The day didn't end there! I had a direct vendor viewing in the e afternoon. And yes, the shirt came off for another round of delivering 500 leaflets.     Day Three DEAL Packaging with Katie Wilson Day three at the Progressive Property Training Academy was all about engagement and marketing. We focused on building strong relationships with estate agents and vendors, learning effective communication techniques, and positioning ourselves in a crowded market. Marketing ourselves was another crucial topic. We explored strategies to create a compelling personal brand and how to use various marketing channels to attract deals and investors. Katie’s deal packaging course is renowned for transforming how property investors approach their deals, and today was no exception. We practiced calculating refurb costs accurately and mastered the art of communicating effectively with estate agents, specifying exactly what we’re looking for. I even managed to get three estate agents working with us, providing us with great deals immediately, some of them off the market.
