Tomorrow is International Women’s Day 2025, and we want to express our gratitude to our amazing team of women for their invaluable experience, diverse perspectives, and innovative ideas. This year, we have continued to embrace the new generation of women by welcoming work experience and T-Level students. We will continue to do so in collaboration with our local schools and colleges. While celebrating our team, we want to give a special mention to Tamsin Gamble for applying to the Architect's Registration Board today. Her determination and hard work have been evident throughout her time at Expedite, both in her studies and her client work. She deserves to be celebrated. Well done, Tamsin! Burlands Mead, Feniton East Devon's planning committee yesterday granted permission for this application for 35 homes in Feniton. It's been a drawn out process as we were first appointed in 2019. It's been a bumpy ride with a number of policy changes to contend with, including the removal and then reinstatement of 5 year land supply requirements. Well done to all the consultants involved with this one for their perseverance.
