This week at Expression Games, we internally launched our LGBTQ+ employee resource group, Pride at Expression. Having helped initiate and grow similar networks at Jaguar Land Rover and Lotus, I'm excited to work with my colleagues to develop our group and see what we can achieve. Our goals include creating a supportive network, celebrating diversity and providing resources for personal and professional growth. Although we are starting with an internal launch, we have updated our logo on LinkedIn to reflect our support. In a time when prejudice and intolerance are prevalent in mainstream media, social media, and among political figures, it's crucial to show solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community. Whether it's with our colleagues, industry peers, or the community members we create games for. As someone who has seen the positive impact of such groups firsthand, I'm deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment.
