A great collaboration with Hawkins\Brown, Evolve Consulting Engineers, Meinhardt UK and Ireland & Avison Young for Wates Residential and London Borough of Havering. A challenging site and complex brief, our Exterior Architecture Ltd team developed landscape proposals for communal residents gardens that are intergenerational, offer space to play and socialise and are rich in ecology. Retention of existing trees as a priority from the outset results in an excellent setting for the new residential homes. A central garden for young adults to socialise and community focused self-grow opportunities brings the scheme together. We're looking forward to the next stages of this excellent project!

We're hiring: Senior Landscape Architect | Join our award-winning team! We're looking for a Senior Landscape Architect with overseas experience to join our growing Manchester team to help us design creative, sustainable and innovative spaces that make an impact. Role: ⭐ 5-10 years experience in Landscape Architecture ⭐Experience leading design, planning and implementation of landscape projects. ⭐Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe suite and project coordination. ⭐Proven experience working with clients and stakeholders on international projects. What you’ll do: ✔ Lead and support on design concepts and client presentations. ✔ Manage day-to-day junior team members. ✔ Oversee project delivery and coordination with consultants, suppliers and contractors. ✔ Assist in business development and marketing materials. ✔ Mentor junior staff. What we’re looking for: 🔹 5-10 years of experience in landscape architecture. 🔹 Strong communication and leadership skills. 🔹 Ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively. 🔹 Overseas experience in landscape architecture. A great mixed-use scheme in Woking town centre, that received planning approval at Committee last month. Well done to the client Donard Real Estate and the project team Turley, Pod Architects Ltd, Exterior Architecture Ltd, Currie & Brown et al. A productive day of planting design workshops in our London studio🌿 Our in-house Grafters Group, made up of expert planting designers, reviewed a variety of exciting UK and international projects, exploring innovative ways to enhance designs through thoughtful planting choices. Shaun Lyons, Senior Grafters reviewer, shared his insights: “It was inspiring to see strong concepts come to life through planting. We focused on aligning seasonality with human experiences, like selecting trees that reduce hay-fever for schools or designing schemes that shine in September for PBSA projects.
