🎉 Celebrating Success with Fairway! 🎉 We were thrilled to present five awards to five outstanding Fairway candidates at our Moseley venue, all of whom came through the Embark Learning Care Academy via local job centres, including BSW, Kings Heath, Selly Oak, and Sparkhill. A massive congratulations to Paul, Chianti, Aaron, Henrietta, and Hina from Birmingham! 🙌 These amazing individuals started unemployed, completed their L1 Health and Social Care qualifications through Embark, and are now thriving in care roles at Fairway. Their dedication has truly paid off, with some progressing into senior and permanent positions, and many now advancing onto their L2 & L3 Diplomas.
