The third episode of The EVE Podcast is out now with special guest Pippa Harman, co-founder of the platform Renude which offers AI powered personalised skincare advice at scale. With a decade of experience in product development, Pippa's journey includes roles at Boots, Reckitt Benckiser, and Beauty Pie. She also holds a BSc in Cosmetic Science from the London College of Fashion. I first met Pippa nearly a year ago when I arrived early to a fireside chat about building a beauty business. We talked for about half an hour until I realised she was in-fact the guest speaker who I had travelled to listen to, which is a credit to her personality: kind, calm and a refreshingly non-existent ego. We will be chatting about her time as a formulation chemist for some of beauty's biggest names, how young is too young when it comes to skincare and the impact of the menstrual cycle on our skin.
