🌟 Exciting Update from FermionX 🌟 I’m thrilled to share with you a significant milestone in our journey - we’ve secured a new factory! 🏭 Here’s an insight into our new space with two levels dedicated to production: - Fully air conditioned over both floors with an air handling unit - Surface Mount Technology (SMT) on the ground floor, equipped Nordson DAGE Quadra 3 X-Ray and Koh Young Europe GmbH Alpha HS+ Fully 3D AOI. - Conventional through-hole assembly upstairs, featuring Magic-ray AOI Machine - V5300, CMS300 flow solder, and Ecoselect-1 selective soldering system 👟 Importantly, we’ve installed comprehensive ESD flooring and door entry across both levels, supporting our commitment to the highest standards, especially for medical products under the ISO13485 certification. With only half the space initially in use, we’re well-positioned for growth, ready to scale up and tackle larger projects as they arise. 🖥 Transitioning to a sophisticated MES/MRP/ERP system, we’re improving job tracking, quality management, and data visualisation. This upgrade is all about offering better support and clearer insights to our customers. This has been a fantastic opportunity to design a workspace that truly reflects our ambitions for efficiency and growth. Watch this space for updates as we bring our vision to life in this new setting, signalling an exciting era for FermionX.
