With temperatures reaching 30 degrees this week, there is a weather warning out for most of the UK 🥵 That means it's likely to be too hot for your dog to be out training or running around in the hottest part of the day. Stick to early morning or evenings and keep to the shade or near water if possible and safe to do so. Your dog will not suffer if he\she misses a walk. Try some obedience exercises indoors or in the shade instead - this uses brain power & it's always a good idea to continually work on those basics. If your dog shows any signs of heat stroke (rapid panting, drooling, collapse, vomiting, diarrhea) cool them with water or cold towels and get them straight to a vet - don't delay treatment. Stay safe & enjoy the weather 😎 For more information on hot weather & heat stroke in dogs, check out our previous blog https://lnkd.in/e2gqa6WJ #fieldandfireside
