About us
"Get credit for all of your research." Scientific publishing as it stands is an inefficient way to do science on a global scale. A lot of time and money is being wasted by groups around the world duplicating research that has already been carried out. FigShare allows you to share all of your data, negative results and unpublished figures. In doing this, other researchers will not duplicate the work, but instead may publish with your previously wasted figures, or offer collaboration opportunities and feedback on preprint figures.

Join us for a webinar on Thursday, October 10 at Noon ET where we will discuss “Enhancing Public Access to USDA-Funded Scientific Data with Ag Data Commons” Register here: https://lnkd.in/d_qvErzq The Ag Data Commons is a catalog and repository for public access to data products from USDA-funded or co-funded research. In January 2024, the Ag Data Commons migrated to a new platform provided by Figshare to better meet demand for library services that support compliance with the USDA's Public Access policy. In this webinar the Figshare team will highlight open data trends and discuss the ongoing collaboration with NAL to enhance public access to USDA-funded scientific research data through the Ag Data Commons. We will also discuss how the platform supports funders and institutions in achieving the FAIR principles for research data.
