"Final Third are able to bring sustainability to life with passion, knowledge and enthusiasm. Rich engaged with our staff in a way that they enjoyed, they interacted and they were informed. He was able to change the content for different levels of understanding and knowledge in a thoughtful and effective manner. I would recommend other clubs tap into this to inform their staff." - Rob Lake, Director of The Albion Foundation and sustainability steering group lead at WBA FC. "We just want to thank Final Third for delivering a really insightful and interactive session as part of our recent staff day. It was a really nice balance of getting us to think about the small changes and contribution we can all make, whilst presenting the information in a fun and engaging way." - Rob Smith, Community Director at Watford FCs Community Sport & Education Trust "I thought the training itself was brilliant, Final Third brought to life the subject content and made it relevant to our staff, the interactive nature of activities was also great for engagement and also in giving our staff ideas of how they could bring the important subject to life within their own sessions." - Phill Smith, CEO at Northampton Town FC Community Trust "We booked Final Third to deliver some sustainability training to all Foundation staff to increase awareness and enthuse staff on the topic and they did not disappoint. The workshop was engaging, interactive and all staff got involved and enjoyed the morning even after initial hesitation which was quickly quashed. Rich was very good at breaking up the content with interactive learning activities and all staff spoken to have said how much they learnt and enjoyed the workshop from delivery staff to SMT. Thank you!." Rachel Smith, Health & Wellbeing Manager at Wolves Foundation

We were delighted to have Richard Holmes from Final Third joining us on Day 2 of our Practitioner Insight Conference today. Rich delivered a fantastic talk to our PG and UG Sport and Event Management students on Sustainability and the impact of climate change in sport. The session highlighted the scale of the issue and some key initiatives being undertaken - particularly in football - to tackle the problems. The students definitely learned something new and enjoyed the 'Last Person Standing' activity. Extra kudos to Rich for the inclusion of some HR information! 😂 Thank you!
