Key observations: ➡️ Recurring themes: #Data, #microservices, and agile development remain at the forefront of discussions. ➡️ Shift towards product-led approaches: Even for large-scale projects, we're witnessing a move away from customisation in favour of standardisation. ➡️ Business process adaptation: Firms are increasingly aligning their processes with vendor-prescribed best practices, particularly for back-office operations. ➡️ Closer IT-business alignment: The adoption of new technologies is fostering improved understanding between technical and operational teams. ➡️ Emphasis on problem-solving: Businesses are focusing more on defining challenges rather than prescribing solutions, allowing for greater innovation. ➡️ #Agile as a catalyst: Incremental changes are driving a cultural shift towards continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
