Bath is known for its strong engineering and technical programmes and the fair provided a direct connection to high-calibre students and graduates eager to start their careers. We had meaningful, face-to-face conversations with students, allowing us to highlight the benefits of working with us and answer questions directly. We also gained valuable insights into their career aspirations and the types of roles and opportunities they are most interested in, helping us fine-tune our recruitment process. Last week, we hosted our second Company Meeting of the year and it couldn’t have come at a better time! Our company has grown significantly over the last six months, so it was the perfect opportunity to get the whole team aligned on our goals and direction for the year. It was inspiring to see our whole team come together to discuss what's on the horizon for 2025, learn from each other through interactive presentations on our latest engineering projects, and, of course, share some laughs as we all tried to build a moving car with random bits and pieces!
