Thousands of people are being catfished every day. Candidates can’t understand what it’s like to work at a company before they apply, giving a terrible candidate experience. Companies are getting thousands of irrelevant applications, and having frustrating conversations when candidates have totally misaligned expectations. But we’re solving that. We’ve just launched the world’s largest, most diverse study on work – The Work Index – where we’re collecting and analysing 1 billion data points from the most diverse group of workers and businesses ever surveyed. We have 16,000 companies on the index already - on day one, and we’re adding more every single day. We’ve taken publicly available data to build out the company profiles, and now we’re inviting people to claim their pages, tell us more about how they work, and use transparency to hire aligned talent. Candidates can also tell us what they’re looking for, so that we can build a better world of work through informative data storytelling. But why? Well, simply because more transparency in the market is better for companies, better for candidates, and better for workers.
