After 5 years navigating through the stormy seas of COVID and the great CTS Data Centre debacle of 2023 we are finally ready to seek external investment. Unlike other opportunities this is the chance to invest in a proven product in use month after month, day after day. Our Client Portal is used by 600 individuals per month to check the status of their case , share documents and receive and send updates with their form. A large part of this investment will be to build Version 2 over the next 12 months with exciting plans to offer even better ways to capture data from clients , feed into automated firm processes and improve onboarding. Next spend priority will be to ensure that build runs alongside an extensive marketing and sales strategy, taking best advantage of our 30 years in Legal Technology. We'll be looking for around £200k spread over 12 to 18 months for a 40% share. It's an opportunity that may suit a law firm looking to have active involvement in the design and build process of their client engagement with a stake in the output.
