CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS Work is progressing well on our extension and renovation project in the picturesque village of The Lee, Buckinghamshire. Set at the heart of the village green within a Conservation Area, each detail has been carefully designed to respect neighbouring listed buildings and enhance to unique local character. 
Demolition and strip-out is complete and the two-storey rear extension is taking shape. This will provide a new bedroom, family bathroom, and additional living space. 
We’re replacing the outdated uPVC conservatory with a timeless orangery, blending seamlessly with the property’s historic charm. PLANNING SUBMITTED We’ve recently submitted a planning application in Harrow, aimed at maximising the potential of an existing mixed-use property. The project proposes to add an additional level and rear extension. This upgrade will transform the existing 2 apartments into 4 modern homes, featuring 2 x 2-bed apartments and 2 x 1-bed apartments. Our design respects the building’s character with a beautifully integrated tiled mansard roof, and we’ve included a green wall at the rear to minimise the impact on neighbouring properties while enhancing biodiversity. Plus, a green roof on the bin and bike store adds to our commitment to sustainability. SITE UPDATE Exciting progress on our rear and side infill extension project in Woodford Green. We’re creating a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area, with stepped levels designed to complement the site’s natural gradient. Rooflights will pour in natural light, transforming the space. It’s been a rewarding journey as an architect, from exploring layout options to navigating planning applications. Now, seeing it take shape with the help of the fantastic team at Griffon Construction is the best part. Including a sneak peak of the stylish grey brickwork. SITE UPDATE We’re currently working on an amalgamation project, converting a terraced property from two apartments back into a single dwelling in Cricklewood, North London. As part of the transformation, we’ve added a rear and side infill extension, and our planning application to Barnet Council was successfully approved. Once converted, we leveraged permitted development rights to incorporate a dormer extension of 40 cubic meters, maximising the property’s gross internal area. Now that the project is on site, we’re collaborating closely with @hallpark_construction and overseeing things as contract administrator. NEW PROJECT We are pleased to be appointed to work on our latest project in Chatham, Kent. We are converting an existing office building into 14 stunning residential units, including an additional penthouse level. This project marks a significant step forward for my practice working on larger-scale conversion projects, reimagining redundant office space on our high streets.
