She has also held executive roles at Volkswagen Group, Aston Martin, and Fiat Chrysler (now Stellantis), and has played a pivotal role in multiple national championship wins across NASCAR, IMSA, and TransAm. Beth is also the co-founder of Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA) and serves as a delegate to the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission.
