What a great start to the day - co-hosting a breakfast with the brilliant Kusia Pell at Elevayte , and this wonderful group of People Leaders: Julia Ingall, Bharat Siyani Assoc CIPD, Hanna Lindén, Laura Fink, Melanie Oakley, Pamela Roberts, Ritu Jain, Sophie Froment, Thomas Forstner, Valeria Garcia, Assoc. CIPD And also Hannah French and Burju Erdem from our Founders Keepers and Elevayte teams. The theme for the morning was the hot topic of Performance. It's a big focus for all of us, as we think about profitability rather than just top line growth. For many, it's about sustaining performance in this new economic environment; for others it's about redefining what performance looks like - giving clarity to make sure everyone "gets it". Clarity drives buy in, after all. Performance is not one dimensional. It’s a world of AND not OR - the big question is how do we build environments that drive profitable results, but where people care about each other, collaborate and strive for excellence all round.
