    Happy birthday, Google! Our favourite search engine turns 26 today and is definitely all grown up! We couldn’t do without it in digital marketing so here are 7 free ways that you can use Google to grow your drinks business. 1.       Increase brand awareness – set up your free Google Business Profile to showcase your business and its products and services by fully completing the Profile with your business information and keywords. Treat it as another social media platform. 2.       Increase discoverability – Google Business Profile shows up on Google Search and Google Maps, helping your Search Engine Optimisation and bringing your business in front of more potential customers so fill in the locations that your business serves. 3.       Increase sales opportunities – upload your products linked to your e-commerce store for seamless shopping and link your online booking systems for your premises tours and experiences to the Services tab to maximise bookings. 4.       Showcase your brand – upload photos and videos of your products and services to tell the story of your brand and to differentiate yourself from competitors. 5.       Promote your success – Encourage your happy customers to shout about your products and services by creating a shareable Google reviews link that leads directly to your Google Business Profile so they can talk about their experience with your brand. Share it everywhere to maximise the review opportunity. 6.       Increase customer connection and engagement - respond to reviews – good and bad – and answer questions about your business, showcasing your excellent customer service. 7.       Build customer relationships – share regular updates, offers and events throughout the year so that your customers can keep up to date with what you are doing. Winning awards, getting new listings and new product launches are all news that your customers should know about and bring your brand alive.
