MEET THE TEAM! ⤵️ Get to know the fantastic Foxtek team... First up is Charlie, Senior Delivery Consultant. 1️⃣What is your role at Foxtek and what do you enjoy most about it? My job is to seek out the best candidates for the vacancies obtained by my 360 counterpart, then manage them through the interview process and beyond (hopefully grabbing a beer with them at a candidate meet-up like we did a couple of weeks back!) 2️⃣What do you like to do in your spare time? (Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of work?) In my spare time I watch a lot of football (not missed watching a Newcastle game for years) and enjoy eating out. I also read a lot about history and tech and watch a lot of documentaries. 3️⃣How would you describe the culture at Foxtek in three words? Solidarity, motivating, and considerate 4️⃣What advice would you give to someone considering joining Foxtek? Don't be daunted by the amount there is to learn. I was most worried about learning all the tech terminology and holding discussions with software engineers on topics I had no idea about, but very quickly you learn how to come across as credible through a combination of classroom teaching and live learning. #bristolrecruitment #hiringnow #companyculture #foxtek
