Portsmouth City Council are to launch a pilot programme providing free access to sanitary pads inside toilet stalls across 10 locations in the city. This initiative aims to support those who might be caught short without sanitary products while out and about. Egal Pads, Inc are a company who manufacture pads on a roll which can be installed in toilet stalls!
