Jasmin Capital participated in the first Fremman Padel Cup 🎾🏆, a friendly sports tournament organized by Fremman Capital to benefit the Le Village de François association, which develops living spaces for vulnerable people and their caregivers. We congratulate all the participants for the €30,000 raised 👏, but also our Senior Associate, Jeremy Cerf, and our Founding Partner, Jean Christel Trabarel, for their impressive finalist places 🥈. Last week, two of our employees, Gaétan Gouineaud and Thomas Kubyska participated in the Fremman Padel Cup, a padel tournament organized by Fremman to raise funds for “Le Village de François”. This association creates shared living spaces for vulnerable people and their caregivers, focusing on community living, economic activity, and integral ecology. The Padel Cup successfully raised €30,000 from participants, which will finance renovation work for the third shared house at “Le Village de François” in Audaux, accommodating 8 people.   We are proud that #Flexstone Partners' employees regularly get involved with various associations to help people in need, and we support their actions.

Last week, Fremman Capital held the first edition of its Fremman Padel Cup in Paris, gathering twenty teams and c.60 participants, to raise funds for #LeVillagedeFrançois.   Le Village de François is an inspiring charity which develops innovative shared living spaces that bring vulnerable people and families together around three axes: Living together, Economic activity and Integral ecology. The generous donations of the teams and spectators will finance the renovation work for the third shared apartment at Le Village de François in Audaux (South of France) accommodating 8 people. The project in Audaux is set to welcome c. 150 people, 2/3 being disadvantaged: homeless people, women who have gone through prostitution, young struggling single mothers, disabled people, young people who have dropped out of school, elderly people living in beguinage.   Inclusion is a value that Fremman is strongly committed to promote. With this event, we are proud to demonstrate concrete commitment. Headquartered in Belgium, Duomed is a European distributor of MedTech with over 50 years of experience. The combined group would have an expanded geographical footprint and a wider product portfolio and therapeutic area coverage, which would benefit both customers and OEM suppliers. Both companies share the same vision, entrepreneurial culture, and are equally focused on the quality of their services and the development of their people. Palex and Duomed’s success is built on their ability to detect, create, and adapt innovations specifically and efficiently to each country, territory, and team.
