July was a very busy time at Frettens (as the summer months always are) 🌞 With events, socials and a new starter, here’s our July round-up… 𝟭. 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗚𝗼 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 Midway through the month, we took to the track to take part in Saffery’s #gokarting challenge 🏁 The team, Lewis, Ben, Olivia and Jason put the pedal to the metal and managed to secure 2nd place…we’ll definitely be back next year! 🥈 #networking 𝟮. 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘇𝗲𝘁𝘀 In contrast to our high-octane race around the tarmac, we took a more leisurely trip across the water with Azets in July 🌊 Karen, Zoe, Jenny and Michelle all had a great time out on the paddleboards but, as for Lewis, well…let’s just say he used his life jacket a little more than the rest 😆 #paddleboarding 𝟯. 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 Although it feels like a long time ago now, we held our latest #EmploymentWorkshop on 2nd July 🛠 In the session, Michelle Kemp, Chris Dobbs and Kate Fretten gave a talk on sexual harassment in the workplace.
