About us

Function B2B have created two unique business models and a community like no other The Retreats are a powerful lead generation tool, combining partnerships and referrals over a 4 day event. ICP centric, we hand select the businesses going to maximise commercial effect. Looking after your mind and body are paramount to business success so we have weaved functional fitness and HIIT style workouts throughout and brought together like minded Directors so you have new peers. The Consultancy is an end to end embedded commercial function that sets the plan, builds the assets, drives and nurtures pipeline to deliver revenue within 6 months. We'll then replace ourselves once we have the working model specific to your business Both these services are underpinned by a community of SLTs who want more from their business peers. The Function App brings together the retreats and a wider heath conscious audience so Directors can meet, train, socialise and do business with like minded fellow Directors.     Thanks to everyone involved in my founder journey so far! I'm excited to share that Facets becomes Function B2B Inspired by new ideas earlier this year, I've been waiting to announce an upcoming service and a significant business name change On April 16th, exactly four years after Facets was founded, The Group Function was incorporated. This new entity will continue to offer the same consulting, delivery and advisory services and the new service combining events, partnerships and referrals aligns with my passion for both commercial development and functional fitness, offering a unique solution that many business owners have been seeking. The new name, Function, reflects both our embedded commercial function and the functional fitness aspect of the lead generation retreats and I’m excited to continue working with the 10 consultancy clients we are and for the first retreat on the 11th November in Spain.
