This week, during a site visit to G&H Fremont in the U.S., Charlie Peppiatt, CEO, and Peter Blandford, General Manager and Senior R&D Director, had the pleasure of presenting Special Recognition Awards to several outstanding team members who have gone above and beyond in their roles: 🔹 Phillip Tran, Crystal Fabrication Technician, for many years playing a crucial role as the anchor in critical steps of Bevel and Protection that underpin good device yield. 🔹 Lien Nguyen, Assembly Technician, for showing a great example of commitment and teamwork by covering both kitting and production duties simultaneously while maintaining a great attitude at year-end. 🔹 Kin Loung, Assembly Technician, for her significant contribution during year-end, as she worked long hours and helped coordinate with her peers to complete the most advanced assembly builds on time, exceeding expectations. 🔹 Fook Chan, RF Support Engineer, who, in just a few months, became a master of troubleshooting and understanding our most complex driver products. He goes above and beyond simply finding the problem at hand; he also implements additional screening and preventative measures to improve our production test yields.
