Garner Aluminium Extrusion is a new aluminium trade extrusion company that was formed in March 2018. We identified an opportunity within the UK to develop a business that not only utilises state of the art manufacturing technologies and systems, but also understands our customers' individual requirements. We’ve invested over £15 million to-date in ensuring our service and quality is second to none. Designed and refurbished to the highest standards, our 100,000 sq ft factory, based in Derbyshire is the most modern aluminium facility in the UK. Our attention to detail enables us to offer the most reliable, consistent service possible. The SMS HYBREX aluminium press that sits at the heart of the operation utilises high speed die changes to maximise production efficiency. Best practice lean manufacturing calls for Single Minute Exchange of Dies, but our tool changes are six times faster. Featuring high levels of automation, our plant has a 54m long cutting and stacking area, which feeds into our annealing oven. Our state-of-the-art machinery is supported by GarnerSys, Garnalex’ bespoke, integrated computer systems.
