  • The latest enhancement to ☁️ #GoogleCloudDirectorySync (GCDS) improves how account ❌ conflicts are handled by automatically following the settings configured by super admins in the #GoogleAdminPanel. This helps streamline the process of creating new business-managed #GoogleWorkspace accounts when the tool encounters a conflict. Unmanaged accounts can create security and compliance risks. GCDS will now follow the rules set in the admin panel and automatically handle the conflict by either inviting the owner of the unmanaged account to transfer their account, by creating a new one or by doing nothing. Available now. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gArx8-eh

On the left is her Personal Google Account and on the right is her Managed Google Account. Between the two boxes is a double-headed yellow arrow labelled “Conflicting accounts” which points to her email address being the same for both accounts, leading to the conflict. Various product logos are at the bottom of each box.
  • Collaborating on a document and want to direct someone to a specific comment? 💬 In  📝 #GoogleDocs, you can send 🔗 links to individual comments. When your collaborator clicks on the link, they will be sent straight to that specific comment. This allows you and your collaborators to quickly address specific feedback or discussion points without having to search through unrelated content in the document.
