Is your Board diverse enough? If not or you are not sure, it might be time to initiate a board review! In today's business environment, it's becoming the norm for up to five generations to coexist in the workplace. Such a vast array of experiences, perspectives, and skills presents tremendous opportunities for organisations. UK Boards (and Boards globally) have become significantly more diverse over the past five years. For example, the proportion of all seats held by women steadily increased from 28% to 40%.
