Mental Health doesn't discriminate. Experiencing it can feel extremely lonely. Attempting large, abrupt changes to improve your mental health can feel overwhelming. We encourage you to embrace small, manageable changes. Focus on one change → until it transforms into a habit. Consistent 1% improvements are more effective and sustainable. We asked our team: What 1% improvements help boost your Mental Health? Their answers: - Spend 10 minutes in natural sunlight each morning: It can boost your mood and regulate your circadian rhythm. - Compliment or express appreciation to someone in your life each day. These positive interactions have a ripple effect on your mood. - Try a one-minute mindfulness exercise during the day: Pause, take a few deep breaths, and be present in the moment. - Set limits on your screen time, especially before bedtime. - Focus on improving your sleep quality: Simple rules like waking up at the same time each morning or reducing caffeine intake can work wonders. A crucial reminder: Mental well-being is a journey. We're all on our own path, moving at our own pace. What lifts one person up might not work for another, and that's okay. To you reading this, please be kind to yourself. You are not alone, our inbox is always open 💜 What 1% improvements help boost your Mental Health? #WorldMentalHealthDay
