About us
Helping your members to Stick Around longer Our mission is to make people fitter and healthier. We work with clubs to help motivate members to keep visiting and stay active. The great side effect is that this makes more money for the club. We improve member retention through 3 connected focus ares: 1. Working with your existing systems, analysing member data and reviewing or redefining the member journey 2. Coaching and training your staff in the member journey, interaction techniques, goal setting and understanding the system and process 3. Communicating with your members regularly based on agreed triggers to motivate and encourage them to keep visiting and stay active.
