Last weekend, our team in Poland joined forces with Sky Blue Education to support aspiring young engineers at the annual Oleśnica Circus and Arts Festival. As part of the Young Engineer Academy, the team set up three interactive workshops, designed to ignite curiosity and inspire the next generation: 🔌 Electronics Zone: A hands-on space where children explored the fundamentals of electronics and created their own circuits. 🖨️ 3D Printing Zone: A creative hub focused on 3D printing, offering opportunities to design and print their own models. 🔧 DIY Zone: A space where young inventors brought their ideas to life through engaging, hands-on projects. Well done to all who took part, and a special thanks to our team for conducting these workshops!

As part of our efforts to regularly engage with educational institutions to support the next generation of engineers, our Newton Site in Charlotte, North Carolina, recently donated automation equipment from a decommissioned robotic assembly line to UNC Charlotte College of Engineering. Rather than letting redundant equipment go to waste, the team was able to make a meaningful impact by donating surplus equipment that will greatly enhance the program's capabilities, offering students hands-on experience with advanced automation technology. Well done to the entire team for the hard work and coordination in making this happen, as we to seek to equip the next generation of engineers with the tools they need to succeed.
