Celebrating Two Years at GORDALE NURSERIES LIMITED Today marks two years as People Manager at Gordale Garden Centre—a journey filled with growth, challenges, and rewarding moments. In this time, I’ve enhanced employee well-being, strengthened policies, supported training and development, and contributed to strategic planning across people and business operations. I’ve also been proud to lead on events, employee activities, and reward and recognition initiatives. A personal highlight this year was achieving my CIPD Associate Diploma, further supporting my work in this role. Thank you to my colleagues for your trust and collaboration. 🎄Volunteering at Christmas – the gift of giving! 🎁 At bennettbrooks, giving back to the community is at the heart of our business. This Christmas, employees from our Chester, Macclesfield, Llandudno, and Northwich teams have entered into the spirit of the season by volunteering for a variety of good causes. This December, our team members stepped into roles as Santa, Elves, dog walkers, and even gift wrappers 🎅🐾🎁, spreading joy and helping where it’s needed most. Volunteering is a year-round commitment with each of our teams activity contributing to provide support in their local communities throughout the year,  but there's something very meaningful about coming together to give back during the festive season. A huge well done to everyone who has made a difference this year!             As part of our commitment to supporting our people and the communities we serve, we give all staff paid time off to volunteer—individually or as part of a team—at local charities or community organisations.
